Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and Delivery of your order will be based on your selection in the checkout process.  Due to the customized nature of the products we offer, delivery will normally be within 2 to 3 weeks of the date posted on the website for your organization.

How to Return an Item

ALL CUSTOMER STORE SALES ARE FINAL, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 15 days of delivery of your purchase.

Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return and a copy of your original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
